Matt Hollis started his career in Marine Mechanics in New South Wales as a marine apprentice in 1991 and has worked servicing Marine Engines in a fulltime capacity ever since.
During Matt's training in 1993 he was awarded with the "Best All Round Apprentice" award from The North Coast Training Group.
Matt developed his passion for the water and engines after spending numerous hours on his father’s fishing trawler as a deck hand (before and after school) since the age of six.
Matt is also joined by his son Hunter Hollis in the business who has also completed his Marine Mechanical Trade Certificate through WA Tafe Fremantle Campus. Hunter has been working alongside his dad (Matt) in a fulltime capacity since leaving school and is just as passionate about the marine industry and the safety of you and your family on the water as his dad.
Matt has extensive experience across all major brands with his servicing, which includes inboard, outboard, sterndrive and petrol and diesel engines; service areas include residential as well as commercial.
